Processing Time: This item is made to order and leaves our museum within 5 -7 business days.

Combined Orders: Items ordered together will be packaged and shipped together. If your order includes a made-to-order piece, the entire package will ship once your final handmade item is ready.

What's Included: Each individual piece of jewellery arrives with its own signature pouch and dedicated polishing cloth.

Our Box Policy: To keep shipments streamlined, multiple items are carefully arranged into a single gift box. If you require separate presentation boxes for each piece, please explicitly let us know in the "Order Notes" box at checkout (or email us immediately after placing your order).

To keep your jewelry looking beautiful over time, avoid direct contact with water, heavy perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. We highly recommend storing your pieces in a dry, airtight pouch or jewelry box when they are not being worn.
